The cool summer ripened the grapes very slowly, which was favourable for maximum flavour development.
Flavour intensity is at its peak at sugar levels that are correspondingly high.
||This wine is a blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Chardonnay grapes. The aromes are
complex tropical fruits with hints of green bean and gooseberry. The palate has lemon/lime citrus
characters to add to the tropical fruits. Herbaceous characters add further complexity.
