Vintage Conditions |
The growing season that produced the grapes to make this wine was long and generally
warm. Some cooler weather arrived at harvest time. The grapes were harvested in favourable conditions
with maximum flavour evident. |
Winemakers Comments |
The colour is deep burgundy. Good berry fruit aromas on the nose with some lifted vanillan
oak aromas. The palate has good fruit intensity, lovely soft tannins with some peppery influence. The
persistence is high. While light in style this wine will cellar well. |
